Pixel Edtech reserves the right to modify or amend the given agreement without any notice at any point in time.

1. USER’S PRIVACY
   For the purpose of accessing the products and services, the website collects the personal details of the users during registration for the purpose of creating their accounts. The users are themselves responsible for all the transactions made using the same.
   
   
2. LICENSES AND RESTRICTIONS

     Pixel Edtech grants the users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and make personal non-commercial use of the website and its content.
     
   • 2.2 RESTRICTIONS
     The aforementioned license (2.1) excludes the following rights-
     
     • a. To modify, download, reproduce, resell, or otherwise exploit for commercial use Pixel Edtech’s site(s), and the content.
     • b. Downloading, copying or sharing the account information for the benefit of another merchant, which had previously not been included in the agreement during the purchase.
     • c. Any derivative use of the site or its content.
     • d. The users shall not utilize/copy/download any logo, trademarks, or proprietary information (including text, images, layouts, etc.) of Pixel Edtech, its content providers, and affiliates without Pixel Edtech’s prior consent.
     • e. Interfere or attempt to interfere with the smooth functioning of the site(s).
     • f. Overrule any measures taken by PE to restrict access to its products or services.
     • g. Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting or data extracting, or any other similar activity in relation to this site or its content.
       
       
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   
   • This site is owned and operated by Pixel Edtech, its affiliates and its third-party providers and is protected by copyright laws.
   • Intellectual Property Rights for the purpose of this agreement shall always mean and include copyrights whether registered or not, patents, trademarks displaying rights, infringement rights etc.
   • The users must not modify the digital copies of any materials they have printed off or downloaded in any way, and they must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
     
     
4. PURCHASE
   4.1 The purchase of a product will only be processed after receiving the whole payment for the advertised price of the product at the point of placing the order. Pixel Edtech will then send a confirmation email and a receipt for the order placed on the user’s registered email address.
   
   4.2 The order processing will be ceased in case of errors or inaccuracies appearing for the ordered product or its advertised price. If an error with regards to the price of the good is discovered, Pixel Edtech will notify the same by contacting the user on the contact details provided.
   
   
5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
   The Site, and all Content in this Site, are provided ‘as is’ and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, are provided without warranties of any kind either express or implied. This means, without limitation, that XYZ including but not limited to its third-party providers, does not warrant the merchantability and fitness of this Site and its Content; that the Content contained in the Site will be uninterrupted; that defects will be corrected; that this Site and its Content is free of viruses and other harmful components or that this Site and its Content is accurate, error-free or reliable.
   
   You acknowledge that Pixel Edtech and its third-party providers together with their respective employees, agents, directors, and officers are not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failures or for destruction, damage or unauthorized access to your computer system or network.
   
   
6. INDEMNITY
   You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Pixel Edtech together with their respective employees, agents, directors, and officers from and against all the liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of this Site and its Content, your breach or alleged breach of this Agreement or your breach or alleged breach of the copyright, trademark, proprietary or other rights of third parties.
