Pixel Edtech does not accept, or process returns for eBooks or any of its digital products. The users are advised to check the FAQs provided to address any problems that might arise during the eBook download or payment process.

Purchase of products that are available for immediate download will cannot be cancelled. Only purchases that have been pre-ordered are subject to cancellation and refund.
